Validate your Loyalty Card- To avail loyalty discount, customer registration form must be completed. To validate please click link to register.

Lifetime validity- loyalty card must be physically presented to your agent each time you send a balikbayan box. Agents will initial each box sent. All boxes sent from the activation of loyalty card will be valid for our Loyalty Card Program.

Customer responsibility to present loyalty card. Failure to present the loyalty card at the time of pick-up means discount is forfeited.

Receive $10 discount per box each time on any box size.

Receive $80 discount on your 10th box on any box size. Loyalty card must be physically presented and will be collected by our authorized agent. A new loyalty card will be issued.

Not valid in conjunction with another offer. In the event that another promotion or discount is available the $10 and $80 discount will not be applied. However, the box sent will be counted. 

If Loyalty card is damaged, customer is responsible for informing customer service on despatch@forexumac.co.nz immediately to verify replacement.

Lost or stolen card will have the number of boxes forfeited towards the 10th Padala and a replacement loyalty card will be provided. 

Box Deposits: Box deposits are applicable to all box orders. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of ordering and deductible to the total shipping cost. Box deposit validation is 1 year. 

Utilizing the same loyalty card: Same Sender and or immediate family member (Parent, Children) from same address may utilize the same loyalty card.
