I understand additional repairs, parts, diagnostic time or costs not listed require my prior approval. Diagnostic work may incur charges even if repairs are not proceeded with. Estimates are provided in good faith and may vary if unforeseen issues are identified and approved. I confirm I am the owner or authorised to approve work on behalf of the owner.
