To prevent further spread of the COVID-19 Delta variant, the government will place Metro Manila (NCR) under the STRICTEST ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE (ECQ) on August 6 to 20, 2021. During this period, operations at the port of Manila, the Customs and government offices will be reduced to capacity.
